We also offer DTG printing, what is DTG? its basically a massive inkjet printer that prints on apparel, high cotton count items such as tees are best for this kind of printing.
DTG printing can be offered with or without a white base, the difference being without a white base you can only print on light coloured apparel, this kind of print is popular with our Navy customers as its dryer friendly, with a white base you can print on almost any colour as the coloured print sits on top of the white ink to produce a vibrant striking print, this can be a more cost effective alternative to multi colour screen printing.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR SCREEN PRINTING?
Our standard turnaround time for screen printing is 2-3 weeks. In most cases we can assist with rush orders, just give us a call so we can discuss your requirements.
Please note that adding additional items to your order once production is underway may incur an additional fee and extend your turnaround time.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design and colour print.
We do our best to cater for small teams, we can provide quantity's below the minimum above but this is done on a case by case basis, so please contact us with any questions.
Minimums for embroidered caps/hats is 30 pieces.
WHAT KIND OF INK DO YOU USE?
We use high quality Wilflex Plastisol ink which is very durable and versatile.
how long will my screen printed garments last?
Remember the old adage ‘treat em mean keep em keen?’ This doesn’t apply to your carefully crafted prints. Although screen printing is the most durable print method, please don’t put your garments in the dryer. If you treat them nicely, they’ll be with you for years!
